没想到修白骨观，站禅，让我找到腿酸疼的位置，此病痛折磨我20年，虽然打坐有好转但进展缓慢，最后一天站禅腰腿反应强烈，到今天仅仅三天，已经突破半小时双盘必痛难挨必放腿的魔咒，现在一小时已经没有大碍，原打算三个月解决的问题就这样基本解决，还有修心之法也很得力，不再赘述，，，最后悄悄的告诉师父及师兄弟们，我的痛点是左股骨头里面的风寒，你们也看到了我每次吃饭都要把围巾垫在凳子上，特别怕凉。
